We adore a Manor by the Lake wedding. It’s the perfect venue: a manor house with plenty of character, modern amenities for comfort and to allow you to have a larger number of guests, gorgeous grounds and a wonderful team to support throughout your day.

As a Manor by the Lake wedding photographer and videographer couple, and having photographed and filmed there three times and counting, we’re incredibly familiar with the venue and feel right at home here! We understand the nuances of this exceptional venue and know how to best utilise its spaces to create a visual story you’ll cherish forever.

We’ve had the joy of capturing numerous weddings at Manor by the Lake, giving us a thorough understanding of the venue’s layout, lighting at different times of day and the most picturesque spots for your couple portraits, family groups and candid moments.

As a husband and wife team, we work seamlessly together, ensuring full coverage of your day without being intrusive. We bounce off one another and ensure our couples feel relaxed in our presence. You won’t notice us while we’re there, but somehow we’ll have captured parts you won’t have even spotted yourselves – from the grandest moments to the smallest, most heartfelt interactions.

Our style

We approach each wedding with a blend of natural, documentary-style photography and cinematic videography. We blend into the background, letting the day unfold naturally in front of us. We aim to preserve not just how your day looked, but how it felt.

We’ll still get the all-important family photos, but they’ll be kept to a minimum so your faces don’t ache. And of course we’ll take you off for couple photos, but we promise to keep this fun and relaxed – all we want to do is get the best out of you. We know being in front of the camera is strange, so we’ll use a few easy prompts to help you to relax. By this point you’ll have spent a good few hours with us already, so it’ll be easy!
